Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All standard orders will be fulfilled once payment has been received and shipped soon after. If there is a specific deadline required please email us so as we can guarantee your order. Express post can be arranged at the request of the buyer and the cost of this is the buyers responsibility. 

All custom orders will be discussed with the buyer on an individual basis so please contact us for more information.

 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard mail and generally single items are $2.00 and we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. We will send you an email to advise when your item has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of screen printing by hand the placement and color of each item may vary slightly.

We generally do not provide refunds on items if you change your mind, however we can offer an exchange in most circumstances providing the item is not used, washed or worn. We cannot offer change of mind on custom or personalized items.

We do check each item before it is sent to insure the item is as advertised but in the case that the item is defect or faulty please contact us and return the item within 14 days and we will exchange or refund.

The cost of shipping incurred during returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is deemed faulty by us.
